Will Conor McGregor fight against in the UFC or at the very least, sometime in 2023? That’s been the burning question ever since McGregor broke his leg during a TKO injury loss to Dustin Poirier 18 months ago at UFC 264. According to McGregor’s SBG Ireland training coach, the answer is an emphatic yes.

“I’d be willing to bet my house on it,” Kavanagh said in an interview with The MMA Hour when asked the question “Will Conor McGregor fight again in the UFC?” Although Kavanagh didn’t get into specifics, he did hint at some “interesting negotiations” that were in the works.

“I think there’s some interesting negotiations going along now,” Kavanagh said. “… I absolutely can’t say anything beyond that, but I’m very, very confident we will see Conor back in the octagon.”
